My room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The location is great nearby many malls and the museum. staff are nice and respectful.

The hotel staff was a highlight. Polite, helpful, warm and kind. I was traveling for work and had to spend time prepping in the hotel, I enjoyed the food. The café was my working station for three days, food was fresh and tasty. The lady preparing and serving the food was the sweetest and made me smile every day. Thank you all!

As it's my 6 years, I have been using to stay in the great hotel 🏨 le royal meridian.. from the main entrance to the reception ..Nice welcoming Staff..MINA, the one who gave ,,excellent services and assistance 😀 suggested us to have the DINNER at Italian restaurant 😋 delicious food and drink. We all enjoyed the evening 😀 Good luck ,thanks for all the management and staff also the team. ,,,

The entire team excelled in making every guest feel valued and well-cared-for. I am particularly thankful to hotel management Mr. Kumar Thapa, Mr. Mahmoud, and Mr. Asif, the lobby ambassador, for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is very convenient for access to all of downtown Abu Dhabi and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very quick to assist for any request. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well supplied. The water pressure and amount of hot water was excellent. I would recommend the hotel room again. The food quality at Market Kitchen was excellent and the wait staff and chef did an excellent job.

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful specially to Ma’am Hannagil who accomadated us and gave us a surprised for our WeDding Anniversary. I Was not expecting all the services that they provided for us. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again. Hidden gem for breakfast. Excellent food, abundant salad buffet, a lot of food you can choose. Great staff Cosy restaurant facilities. Kudos to all ♥️

I had an exceptional experience, especially with Mr. Asif, whose service was consistently outstanding. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. Donia also went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and met my expectations. I am grateful to her and her colleagues—Rihab, Hennigell, Merey, Lellanie, Sherlyn, Kumar Thapa, Mujaddad, Touqeer, and many others—whose contributions made my experience memorable. Thank you to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. And also when my friend call for his laundry and Hammad Z came with big smile which made our day 😀

My experience at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail was meticulously attended to. We also enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere and breathtaking views. The world-class hospitality made my stay unforgettable. The staff, including Mr. Mina, Mr. Khaled, and Mr. Shabeer, were extremely kind and ensured my comfort and satisfaction at every step. At first I was accommodated by MEREY from the reception :) She was very kind and since it was my first time in the hotel she was so nice to discuss with me the rooms that would be available for my stay, I told her that I want city view and then she suggested to get the royal room since it has big window, so she let me check the room first to make make that I will like it, and it was! THE ROOM WAS SO NICEEEEEEE!!!!! Amenities and inclusive inside the room was all there already :) During breakfast the FOOOOOOOD was exceptional!!! I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK..... THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME EXPERIENCE EXCEPTIONAL SERIVCE!!!!

Great breakfast buffet, fantastic variety. Friendly staff. Lovely view from rotating Strato bar and restaurant on 26th floor. Clean and spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom. Good choice of restaurants inside the hotel. Good and central location. Will definitely be back.
